Oliver’s Trattoria continues to be one of my favorite Italian spots in Irvine. Every dish that came to the table looked beautiful, but more importantly, tasted just as incredible as it looked. The beef carpaccio was fresh, delicate, and packed with flavor, while the creamy pasta was rich, comforting, and perfectly cooked. Every bite felt like authentic Italian comfort food made with quality ingredients. What I love most is that the experience goes beyond the food. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, making it perfect for a date night, girls’ dinner, or simply treating yourself to a great meal. The service was attentive, the presentation was stunning, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. As someone who loves discovering places worth returning to, Oliver’s is one of those restaurants that never disappoints. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine, beautiful ambiance, and dishes that leave a lasting impression, this is definitely a place to add to your Irvine dining list🌸

Oliver’s Trattoria is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited in the area. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. What stands out the most is how quickly the meals are prepared and served, especially for takeout orders. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive, creating a welcoming dining experience from start to finish. Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, the service is efficient and the quality of the food is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Italian cuisine and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back!

This is honestly my favorite restaurant, and being so close to my office makes it even better. We regularly come here for lunch appointments, and it’s always a great experience. I especially love the chef’s specials. I tried one recently (pictured) with saffron I wish I remembered the name but it was absolutely wonderful. You can really tell there’s care and creativity behind the dishes. The pizzas and pastas are consistently great too. Everything feels fresh, well prepared, and reliable, which is exactly what you want when you’re bringing clients or colleagues. Definitely a go to spot for both casual meals and professional lunches.

Oliver's Trattoria is a good balance between fine-dining and occasional restaurant. Environment is classic while romantic, particularly love the fountain in front of it. There's both indoor and outdoor dining area, like the outdoor one the better. Ordered their seafood spaghetti 🍝, probably the most delicious one I've ever had, the freshness and seasoning of the shrimps are perfect, in the way that you can totally taste the sea. Meanwhile, the little bit spicy tomato sauce goes so well with the seafood, I literally ate all the sauce using spoon 🥄.

A get together over dinner at one of my favorite Italian restaurants. This time I came to Irvine location also the 2nd location that opened weren’t too long ago. Love their food. Especially truffle dishes. I forgot to take the truffle pizza it was the best lol. Other dishes were good too. But my fav still the pizza. Restaurant very cozy, nice. It’s in a plaza with Albertsons, Starbucks, banks so plenty of free parking spot. Staffs were wonderful. I come to both locations often.
